A fresh, fruity and superbly balanced white wine characterized by its greenish gold hue. The highly aromatic nose is dominated by white fleshed fruits. A wine of pure pleasure that will awaken all the sens.
- Grenache - Marsanne - Rousanne - Viognier
- An altitude terroir of deep soils of equal parts white clay, alluvial deposits and sand, where the vine roots seek out the freshness they need.
- The grapes are crushed and directly pressed, then cold settled. Vinified in thermoregulated stainless steel vats at around 16°C.
- Best enjoyed within 3 to 6 years. Serve between 16 and 18° C.
