Intense dark red with violet highlights. Aromas of red fruits with spicy notes on the nose. A very harmonious palate in spite of imposing tannins, with superb freshness and great length finishing on notes of liquorice.

- The grapes are entirely destemmed, allowing for long macerations of around 4 weeks. 100% matured in oak barrels for 10 months.
- Best enjoyed within three, four years. Serve at between l6 C and 18°C.
