Deep ruby red edged with scarlet. An expressive nose of vanilla, coconut and red fruits precedes a palate of great complexity.

  • Syrah - Grenache
  • An altitude terroir of equal parts sand, loam and clay, with south-east facing parcels that benefit from optimum sunshine exposure
  • Early leaf thinning and green harvesting. Rigorous sorting, total destemming and partial crushing. Matured in barrels for 12 months in a temperature-controlled cellar.
  • Best enjoyed within three to six years. Serve at between 16°C and 18°C.
